Happy 2007!

Happy New Year! 2007 has started out well for Jeff and I. We had our first visitors since I've moved to California, my mom, Ginnie and step-dad, George came for a 4 day stay from January 4-8!
Here we are at the Pleasanton Farmers market! Enjoying Saturday morning with Pat and Bob before heading into S.F. for the day!




We took in the sights of the San Francisco Bay area and introduced them to Jeff's parents. We were thrilled to have them visit and a great time was had by all!

My mom had never been to this part of California so it was especially fun to show it all off to her for a couple days. We went to see the Golden Gate Bridge and took this great shot!

We packed a lot of activities into the 4 days they were here. We did all the touristy things in San Francisco, including driving down Lombard Street, visiting Twin Peaks and Fisherman's Wharf. We went to Wine Country on Sunday and tasted at some fun wineries in both Napa and Sonoma.








Enjoyed some family time with both of our sides of the family. And spent a day in Berkeley before they had to head back to the East Coast on Monday night! Here's a great shot at the cable car in San Francisco. It was fun doing new things in the City!


We can't wait to see more of our families in the coming months before our wedding later this fall!
Until then it's back to work after having a wonderful 2 weeks off together to celebrate Christmas and Ring in the New Year! We hope all is well with you and yours and that 2007 is starting off right for all of our friends that still check out our blog to see what's happening on this side of the country!
