In an effort to be a fair blogging family at the Osborn house, I decided this week we would highlight Jeff and his hockey team, "Puck It!"

As another season draws to a close, Puck It in their new jerseys or (sweaters as the old school hockey fans call them) are in the running for first place in the playoffs next week. Last night's win secured them a spot and now they just have to win both games next Monday to win the championship!

As you can see, Jeff is playing In-line roller hockey vs. Ice hockey which his heart truly longs for. We are hopeful that in the next 2 years the San Jose Sharks' organization will fulfill a promise to the city of Pleasanton and build a state-of-the-art ice arena only 5 minutes from our house in Livermore.

"It will be the best thing the Sharks have ever done!" ~according to my husband. But until then Jeff drives about an hour each way to play in Alameda in a really cool facility that used to be an old air craft hanger; http://www.bladium.com/SportFitnessClubHome.aspx.
