This past weekend we got a chance to have a little outing with our niece, Brooke. We decided to head into San Francisco and go to the Aquarium of the Bay at Pier 39. It was a gorgeous sunny day in the city! Here we are on the pedestrian bridge taking us over to Pier 39, Brooke and I wanted our picture taken with Alcatraz Island in the background and the many boats on the Bay that day.

Inside the Aquarium there was so much to see. Most of the exhibit is underground and you walk through a really cool tunnel that makes you feel like you are underwater in the Bay and seeing the fish that live there, we saw Moon Jellies, Tiger Sharks, and Bat Stingrays and plenty of starfish too! Check it out: www.aquariumofthebay.com/
The final exhibit at the Aquarium was the Geico Geko exhibit and while Gekos are not native to the Bay Area, we all agreed they were pretty cool and they are from Madagascar and the three of us liked that movie and started singing "I like to move it, move it!"

After a yummy lunch, we set off to see if the sea lions were barking on such a beautiful day. They were mostly napping but did perform a little bit for us gawking fans so we sat and enjoyed the view for awhile.
